2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@lioraventures.us with your order number and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
Please do not send returns to our office address without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@lioraventures.us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
9. Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lioraventures.us. We will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item at no additional charge.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
