1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $7.95.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.95
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping to international destinations in the near future. Please check back for updates or contact us at support@lioraventures.us for inquiries.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Liora Ventures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please reach out to us at support@lioraventures.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lioraventures.us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage to the packaging and the product, along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses, and expedited shipping may not be available.
7. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak shopping periods, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We will communicate any extended processing times on our website.
